Hello everyone. I am not one of those who write hotel reviews, even though I often visit various places. But I would like to tell you something about this hotel. Today is the third day of our stay. So far, I see only positives. Although I am one of those guests who are always dissatisfied. So, step by step. The hotel is new, so everything is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. This already creates 50% of the holiday atmosphere. The food is like in a restaurant, delicious, and the portions are simply huge. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. It is a 10-minute walk to the springs at a leisurely pace. The medical staff is also polite. The rooms are small but very cozy. Large bathroom. So far, we are satisfied with everything. I hope that our rest and treatment will not spoil our impression of the hotel. Thank you all for your attention.

A magnificent sanatorium with attentive staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with several types of pillows. The food is very diverse, and there is nothing to criticize about the restaurant service. The medical staff is very competent. Many thanks to Alle for her competent and professional approach. I could write a lot and it would be nothing but praise. The hotel has no drawbacks. The sanatorium has a great location, it is close to the springs.

We stayed at the Iris hotel with a friend, and everything was absolutely perfect, the staff's willingness, food, cleanliness, simply everything was top-notch. I will definitely return to the Iris hotel. The only downside I would give to the hotel is the quite high price for parking at the hotel, it should be included in the total price.
